The exam voucher must be used at a Certiport Center (authorized testing center). Go here to search for the testing center nearest you. Testing centers reserve the right to charge a proctoring fee. If unable to pass the exam, a retake voucher will be provided to the candidates e-mail for a second attempt at the same exam.
